With over 12 million users Moja Biedronka’s card was the largest loyalty program in the country. In 2022 the program become more modern and available via a new Biedronka App. Our task: convince Poles to install another App on their phones, but also use the occasion to increase the number of Moja Card users.

Solution

We used the App launch to air two dedicated campaigns:
1. highlighting the functionality of the new application, and 2. adding more excitement for the users with the dance and music manifesto.
We also launched “Shakeomat” a new functionality where users could literally shake the phone to unlock new promos every day.
Effects? 7 million app users in less than a year and still growing! Biedronka application is used by 9 out of 10 application users every day. The number of users of the Moja Biedronka card has increased to 15 million people.
